I had the opportunity to stay one day at Tampereen Pursiseura following the Finn class Nordic & Finnish Championships. Unfortunately the wind forecast was not so promising for the day. After two hours of waiting the race committe managed to organize one start, but after sailors reaching the upper mark the wind died and the sailors were towed to land. Anyhow it was nice to feel the warm regatta spirit at the club and to see beautiful lake Näsijärvi.   RESULTS  

6mR Finnish championship 2026

The 6mR class Finnish championship was a part of the HSS 133 years Baltic Classic Masters Champagne Regatta. Photos (60) are from Friday when the racing was just outside of the HSS clubhouse. Worth mentioning is that for Ingegerd FIN-54, a yacht from 1928, it was the second regatta after 30 years. Also Off Course […]
